Beatrice has developed specific expertise in corporate and business law, working primarily with the firm’s professionals who focus on M&A, private equity, commercial contracts, and general corporate advisory services, assisting both domestic and international clients.
In addition, Beatrice regularly advises Italian and foreign clients on real estate law matters. She is consistently involved in real estate contractual work, with particular focus on the drafting and negotiation of lease agreements and business lease agreements (affitto di azienda), as well as providing assistance in real estate acquisition and disposal transactions. She also has experience in trusts and asset protection instruments.
Beatrice began collaborating with the Firm in 2022 as a stagiaire, subsequently continuing with her early traineeship for admission to the Bar, and she is now an Associate.
