Arianna is part of the Firm’s Labour Department. She advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment law and industrial relations matters. In particular, she assists clients in managing employment relationships, individual and collective dismissals, and employment law aspects of extraordinary transactions.
Arianna joined the Firm in June 2025.
Previously, she worked at the Italian-French law firm CastaldiPartners, where she gained experience supporting Italian companies operating in France and French groups active in Italy, with a specific focus on cross-border employment law issues between the two jurisdictions.
