Andrea focuses on corporate law, with particular emphasis on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions.
He has developed significant experience in the life sciences, healthcare, technology and regulated industries, advising investment funds, industrial players and start-ups on extraordinary transactions, acquisitions, disposals and investments.
Andrea joined LCA in January 2026, where he works within the Corporate M&A Department, assisting Italian and international clients in the negotiation and completion of acquisition and investment transactions, as well as in the management of legal due diligence activities, with particular focus on the life sciences and technology sectors.
He previously gained professional experience at leading international law firms and in Brussels at Medicines for Europe and the European Generic and Biosimilar Association (EGA), where he provided legal and regulatory advice at European level.
