She is developing in-depth expertise in bankruptcy and insolvency law, assisting professionals in the management of insolvency procedures. Her work primarily involves supporting distressed companies and contributing to the handling of corporate restructuring and debt relief processes.
Alice joined LCA in November 2024. Previously, she collaborated with two renowned law firms based in Rome and Bologna, where she gained expertise in corporate law and corporate restructuring and insolvency law, while also acquiring experience in international law.
