LCA Law Firm assisted the shareholders of the Fontana Group, among which the Marcegaglia Group, in the sale of the majority stake of the company’s corporate capital to the Portuguese Group Sodecia, market leader in the automotive sector.

The Fontana Group is active in the manufacturing and printing of metal sheets and laminates for cars and industrial vehicles and is a strategic supplier of large groups operating in the automotive industry like FCA, Volvo and Renault.
Sodecia Group has been assisted for the legal aspects of the transaction by the Portuguese law firm LC&A, with a team led by Miguel Lopes Cardoso, and by Lead Law Firm, with a team coordinated by Giuseppe Carteni.
