LCA Law Firm, with a team coordinated by Riccardo Massimilla, has assisted Finsa S.p.A., guided by the CEO Pierpaolo Perotto, and the founders in the first investment round subscribed by different investors, not only institutional. The aim of the transaction is to successfully develop the company’s entrepreneurial project.
The company, located in Genoa and Rome, offers consultancy services to private companies and public organizations with the goal of innovating and developing new digital services such as incremental CRM, digital strategy, analytics & information management and user experience design.
Thanks to this investment transaction, Finsa will be able to continue research and develop activities with regard to new products and services and, at the same time, to accelerate its growth.
