Federica joined LCA in November 2025 and serves as Financial and Controlling Manager.
She is primarily responsible for coordinating the firm’s administrative, financial and management control processes.
Prior to joining LCA, she gained ten years of experience at an accounting and tax advisory firm in Milan, where she worked closely with clients, particularly law firms and investment banks.
