Michele is a member of the Firm’s Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets department and specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.
He primarily provides legal and business advice to domestic and international clients operating across various industries, assisting them with extraordinary transactions, corporate reorganizations, and structured finance operations. He assists clients in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and structuring complex transactions.
Michele’s practice focuses on corporate law and extraordinary transactions, within which he provides assistance on mergers, acquisitions, business unit disposals, joint ventures, capital increases, bond issuances, and listing transactions on regulated markets.
He advises domestic and international clients throughout all phases of M&A transactions, from legal due diligence to negotiation and drafting of transaction documentation, through to closing and post-closing matters. He also assists clients with Capital Markets transactions, including initial public offerings and secondary offerings, financial instrument issuances, and compliance with regulations applicable to listed issuers.
Previously, Michele worked for approximately one year at the law firm Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici in the Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets departments, gaining experience in advising clients on extraordinary transactions and capital markets matters.
