Viviana is a member of LCA’s IP, Media, Tech & Data department and specializes in data protection, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
She advises domestic and international clients on compliance with European and domestic data protection laws.
She also provides counsel on cybersecurity and technology law matters, assisting companies in assessing regulatory obligations and in implementing organizational and contractual safeguards aimed at managing IT risk and protecting digital assets.
In the field of artificial intelligence, she supports Italian and international clients in adapting to the European regulatory framework, with particular focus on AI governance, risk assessment and the integration of technology compliance with data protection and information security requirements.
Viviana joined LCA in 2026.
Prior to joining LCA, she worked in the field of data protection law at Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati and at a boutique law firm highly specialized in data protection and technology law.
