Aderjana deals with corporate crisis and insolvency law. Specifically, she provides assistance in negotiated crisis resolution, both as an advisor and as an expert, and in accessing crisis management procedures. She also deals with over-indebtedness procedures, assisting debtors and supporting receivers and liquidators and, since 2023, she has been a registered as an official receiver at OCC of Abbiategrasso (MI).
Aderjana joined LCA in August 2025.
Previously, she collaborated with two law firms in Milan, where she gained experience in corporate crisis and insolvency law and civil litigation.
