Maria Alessia deals with bankruptcy and corporate crisis law and acts as defense counsel both in and out-of-court, she collaborates with liquidators and legal commissioners in insolvency proceedings and advises companies in the area of business crisis.
Maria Alessia then joined LCA Law Firm in february 2022.
She spent 18 months as an intern at the Court of Milan, Bankruptcy Law Section, gaining experience in civil and bankruptcy law matters.
