Caterina deals primarily with insolvency and bankruptcy law, with a focus on the management of insolvency procedures (e.g., such as bankruptcy and arrangements with creditors), thus supporting the Official Receivers. She also deals with over-indebtedness procedures, assisting debtors and supporting receivers and liquidators. She finally works also for the civil litigation team of the Firm.
Caterina joined the Firm in September 2021.
Previously, she worked for a Milan-based law firm where she dealt with civil and banking litigation.
She has also experience in white collars crimes.
