LCA is glad to announce that attorney-at-law Gianni Roj, specialized in commercial and banking law, M&A transactions and company restructuring, joined the Firm as of counsel.
Born in Genoa, professionally grown in Milan, Mr. Roj has an over thirty-year experience in the legal consultancy to multinational companies, private equity funds and SMEs, both Italian and foreign, in various areas of business law and extraordinary transactions in Italy and abroad. He has also dealt with arbitrations and sport law.
With Mr. Roj, LCA strengthens its expertisein the Corporate, Banking&Finance, M&A and Private Equity sectors and its presence on the national and international industrial market.
