IAA Law Firm and LCA Studio Legale sign a strategic alliance and consolidate their expansion process through a direct presence in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai)

IAA Law Firm, one of the few law firms providing legal services in all areas of law in Lebanon and the Middle East region headed by the managing partners Ziad Issa and Elias Abi Younes, and LCA Studio Legale, a European full practice law firm specializing in corporate and tax transactional law, are proud to announce that they have established a strategic alliance in Dubai (U.A.E.), in order to face new in-ternational professional and business challenges, especially the ones that will involve the Arab Region in the next future.

The choice of jointly operating in Dubai is definitely strategic. Dubai will indeed host Expo 2020 and this event will represent the major catalyst that will drag the Middle East economy for the next up-coming years. IAA Law Firm operates in DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) where is authorized.

This partnership is part of LCA’s project to expand internationally” says Giulio Azzaretto, among the promoting LCA team members of the initiative together with Giangiacomo Rocco di Torrepadula and Edoardo Calcaterra, “and will enable LCA to answer the growing request for legal advice of our clients having business interests in GCC countries, as well as the demand for strong international and cross-border tax and legal experience coming from major Arab players that will have the chance to pro-mote themselves on the international market. Through this alliance with IAA Law Firm in Dubai we are strengthening our MENA practice and historical presence in this market, being now able to assist our international clients directly from one of the most exciting arenas worldwide”.

The strategic alliance with LCA in Dubai represents, for IAA Law Firm, an important milestone in the process of consolidation of our international practice and business development beyond the Middle East area”, continues Ziad Issa, “and this will allow us to tackle new global economic challenges matching our experience and culture with the legal expertise coming from the European tradition, in order to better satisfy our demanding international clients”.
