Elena has been advising for almost 30 years domestic and international companies, mainly multinational groups, in extraordinary transactions and in the day-to-day business, as well as in litigation matters, particularly in the field of M&A, corporate, commercial, real estate and environmental law.
\nAs it regards the activity performed, Elena operates mainly in the areas of commercial and corporate law, focusing on corporate governance, extraordinary transactions, joint ventures, commercial and industrial contracts in various sectors, as well as in the environmental law field (ranging from due diligence to risk assessment and risk management). Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in handling legal matters of major industrial multinational groups, assisting and leading multidisciplinary teams from different jurisdictions and liaising with local management and legal functions.
\nConcerning the industries involved, she assists clients operating in particular in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and cosmetics markets, and more in general in the life sciences sector as well as in the aviation field.
\nShe has also gained extensive experience in asset protection within pre-insolvency situations, acting both for strategic suppliers of distressed companies and for bodies involved in the procedures.<\/p>\n
Elena joined the Firm in January, 2021.
