She has gained specific expertise in offences against the public administration and in occupational safety, thanks to her involvement in criminal proceedings of national importance.<\/p>\n<p>Carmen is an expert in corporate liability pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231\/2001, whistleblowing and corporate investigations, having published numerous articles on the subject and collaborated on the drafting of a commentary on Legislative Decree No. 231\/2001.<\/p>\n<p>She also provides out-of-court assistance in matters of administrative liability of entities, serving as a member of Supervisory Bodies and supporting and coordinating their work. Carmen joined the firm in February 2020, after an internship at Deloitte
