Roberto assists national and international clients on corporate, financial and M&A taxation areas, handling both domestic and cross-border aspects. Roberto has also gained significant experience on the reorganization of large wealth – also in the context of timely inheritance planning and generational shift- and in advising UHNWIs, currently coordinating and co-heading LCA Private Clients industry sector. During his professional career, he has assisted leading clients in the management of tax and social charge debts in the context of business crisis procedures (so-called Tax Settlement) and has also represented and defended several primary clients on tax litigation.
\nRoberto is also member of the Sports Law Team.<\/p>\n
Roberto has been a partner and head of the Tax Law Department and a member of the Law Firm since December 2015.<\/p>\n
