In particular, he works with the team on litigation and contractual matters and supports other departments in the context of M&amp;A transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Starting in February 2023, Alessandro collaborated with the Team Labour of R\u00d6DL law firm, initially undertaking an internship and subsequently holding the position of trainee lawyer.<\/p>\n<p>He graduated in October 2023 from the University of Milan, with a thesis focused on remote monitoring of employees in the context of smart working.<\/p>\n<p>Alessandro joined LCA in April
