David focuses on real estate, providing legal assistance in transactions involving the acquisition, development and disposal of real estate complexes, both in the form of asset deals and share deals, through, inter alia, real estate sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, business leases, investment agreements and joint ventures.<\/p>\n

He also assists clients in commercial and corporate law matters, and specifically in Corporate – M&A transactions.<\/p>\n

David has been a member of the firm since 2025.<\/p>\n
