Guido offers bankruptcy law and corporate crisis advice to companies, both during the phase of the preventive analysis and identification of the best procedure for managing the insolvency, as well as the litigation phase for
\nthe admission and management of the various insolvency procedures.<\/p>\n
Guido also specializes in disputes involving insolvency proceedings, and, depending on the case, acts in the interest of the procedure or in the interest of the counterparties in the proceedings.<\/p>\n
Guido spent 18 months as an intern at the Court of Milan, Bankruptcy Law Section, gaining experience in civil and bankruptcy law matters.<\/p>\n
He then joined LCA Law Firm in May 2020. He also cooperates with the Chair of Bankruptcy Law, Faculty of Economics, at the University of Milan- Bicocca.
