Alberto has a wide experience in corporate matters, M&A and private equity transactions (including add-on acquisitions of portfolio companies), both domestic and cross border, and in structuring, drafting and negotiating joint-ventures deals, corporate reorganizations, shareholders\u2019 agreements, transfer of businesses and business branches, and related matters.
\nHe assists private equity funds, multinational companies and other Italian and foreign companies in complex and notable acquisitions and divestitures of Italian companies and groups, both as stand-alone transactions and as part of wider European and world-wide deals.
\nHe advises national and international clients with respect to commercial contracts and corporate governance and on a wide range of aspects of Italian corporate, commercial and civil law. He is also experienced in assisting clients in relation to investments in SMEs and start-ups.<\/p>\n
Alberto joined the Firm in December 2021.
