In the transaction, the Taddei family was advised by LCA Studio Legale, while the buyer relied on PwC Legal.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">For the corporate aspects of the transaction, LCA Studio Legale fielded a team made up of partners Luca Minoli and Francesco Buoso, supported by associates Marco Novara and Beatrice Bestetti. The employment law aspects of the sale were handled by partner Ranieri Romani, with support from associates Zuleika Palma and Giulia Bellone.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Bilontec Industrial was advised by PwC Legal with a team led in Spain by partner Antonio Pedro Rodriguez and coordinated by Amaia Gonz\u00e1lez De Apodaca Olmos. Partner Filippo Zucchinelli and manager Valeria Chiocca worked on the Italian law aspects of the transaction.
