The hotel will be built by Gilda S.r.l. on land it owns, and will feature between 80 and 90 rooms.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction marks Soges Group S.p.A.&#8217;s entry into Liguria, in the stunning setting of the Gulf of Poets, one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Italy, giving concrete implementation to the development plan presented at the time of its listing. With this project, the Company expands its portfolio of managed properties, consolidating its presence in Italy&#8217;s leading leisure destinations and strengthening its positioning in the upscale hospitality segment. The project brings the number of properties managed by the Company to 13.<\/p>\n<p>Andrea Galardi, CEO of Soges Group S.p.A., commented: &#8220;After the excellent results achieved in the first half of the year, Soges Group S.p.A. continues to move swiftly forward with its expansion plan. We are thrilled to announce a new white label project together with Meli\u00e1, confident that we can leave a significant mark on a top-tier destination at the national level.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Soges Group S.p.A. was assisted by LCA, with a team of professionals led by partner Andrea Messuti with senior associate Claudia Bonetti. The aspects related to the licensing agreement with Meli\u00e1 Hotels International S.A. were handled by partner Christian Caserini and managing associate Luca Montolivo.<\/p>\n<p>Gilda S.r.l. was
