The transaction was completed on behalf of a fund managed by the SGR, as part of an investment strategy focused on properties capable of generating stable cash flows and creating value over time.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel, located in a position considered strategic for the city of Genoa, was the subject of a sale that involved several legal and technical advisors.<\/p>\n<p>ANAV Investment Group, the selling party, was assisted by LCA Studio Legale, with of counsel Elsa Gentile and associate David Ascarelli.<\/p>\n<p>For Praemia REIM Italy SGR, the negotiation and drafting of the sale and purchase agreement were handled by Leading Law, with partner Mario Donadio.
