The transaction for the sale of the entire share capital of DOM S.r.l. and its subsidiary C-Blade Forging & Manufacturing S.p.A., companies active in the production of forged blades for steam turbines used in thermal power plants, has been completed. The sellers in the transaction are Ethica Global Investments S.p.A. (EGI) and other shareholders, while the buyer is IGI Private Equity (IGI), through the IGI Sustainable Transition Fund and with the support of LGT Capital Partners, Amundi SGR S.p.A. via the Amundi Private Equity Italia fund and BNP Paribas BNL Equity Investments as co-investors.<\/p>\n
