The company was also assisted by Marco Starace, Head of Legal Department at Abitare In.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1902\">Chiomenti advised Techbau S.p.A. with a multidisciplinary team coordinated by partners Giuseppe Andrea Giannantonio (tax matters), Italo De Santis (corporate M&amp;A and capital markets matters), and Paolo Fedele (real estate matters). The team also included counsel Giulia Bighignoli and senior associate Roberta Damasi for the tax aspects of the transaction; senior associate Sara D\u2019Itri and associates Carlotta Bernardini and Benedetta Anibaldi for corporate and M&amp;A matters; senior associate Nicola Iannone for real estate matters; and of counsel Maria Carmela Falcone, senior associate Gaia Maiv\u00e8 Beffi, and
