Upon completion of the transaction, founder Barbara Santuz will retain a 49% shareholding in the company and will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer, ensuring management continuity and supporting the continued development of the business.<\/p>\n<p>LCA advised Giocamondo Study on the capital markets aspects of the transaction through a team comprising Edoardo Berni and Laura
