The funds raised will be used to expand the platform nationwide, with the goal of strengthening the donation system and accelerating the digitalization of collection centers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LCA Studio Legale<\/strong> advised Ema Health and its founding shareholders on all legal aspects of the transaction through its Emerging Companies &amp; Venture Capital team, consisting of senior associate <strong>Carlo Filippo Bertero<\/strong> and associate <strong>Giovanni Binaghi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Giovanni Lega<\/strong>, Founding Partner of LCA, commented \u201c<i>We believed in and invested in the Rosso project from its very first steps, when it was still a visionary bet.
