KG <\/strong>and<strong> FJH Group GmbH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Linfa was advised by LCA with a multi-jurisdictional team led by <strong>Stefano Giannone Codiglione<\/strong> and including <strong>Angelika Mascotti<\/strong> and <strong>Tommaso Fatone<\/strong> on corporate matters, as well as <strong>Nicola Lucifero, Martina Terenzi <\/strong>and <strong>Michela Ton<\/strong> on food law regulatory matters, in collaboration with <strong>Schoenherr Attorneys at Law<\/strong>, with <strong>Thomas Kulnigg<\/strong>, <strong>Niklas Kerschbaumer<\/strong> and <strong>Alexander Giehser<\/strong> from the Vienna office advising on Austrian law aspects.<\/p>\n<p>For tax and financial due diligence, Linfa relied on <strong>LTA Studio<\/strong>, with <strong>Cristiano Agogliati<\/strong> and <strong>Alessandra Maggioni<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>NEOH was advised by <strong>Herbst Kinsky Rechtsanw\u00e4lte GmbH<\/strong> with a team comprising <strong>Johannes Frank<\/strong> and <strong>Christoph Renner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in Austria, NEOH aims to address one of the key challenges in today\u2019s food industry: reducing sugar content without compromising taste and functional properties. To this end, the company has developed a proprietary ingredient capable of replicating the sensory and technological characteristics of sugar.
