The transaction, following the initial agreements reached in July 2025, significantly bolsters Scanfil\u2019s global network, particularly within the Aerospace &amp; Defense and Medtech &amp; Life Science sectors.<\/p>\n<p>LCA Studio Legale advised Scanfil with a multidisciplinary team led by partner Leah Dunlop. The team included Anastasia Pallagrosi, Cristina Romagnano, and Tommaso Maria Tersilla for corporate law matters; Ranieri Romani and Lorenzo Vassalli for employment law matters; Orsola Torrani for environmental law matters; and Andrea Carreri and Francesco Doria Lamba for golden power related matters. Moreover, Antonella Perri provided tax advice, while Barbara de Muro, Alessandro Titone, and Tiziana Bonanni handled real estate matters.
