After having practiced in London, she relocated to Rome in 2000 to support the opening and development of the Italian offices of a leading international law firm where she held various management roles in the Italian and European corporate M&amp;A practices.<\/p>\n<p>With well over 30 years of experience in corporate matters, particularly within the energy, infrastructure and luxury good sectors, the lawyer <strong>Antonio Di Pasquale<\/strong> has advised Italian and international clients on a significant number of M&amp;A and corporate transactions, both private and public (including IPOs and takeover bids). He also has solid experience in corporate litigation, arbitration, and M&amp;A transactions in financially distressed situations.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the contribution of their professional skills, Leah and Antonio will contribute to the imminent implementation of the project related to the opening of LCA&#8217;s Rome Office.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abIt is an honor to be able to collaborate and pursue new goals with professionals of optimal standing and professional and human values like Leah and Antonio, whose background fits perfectly with our cultural identity and values\u00bb states the managing partner Giovanni Lega.<br \/>\n\u00abJoining LCA constitutes an exciting opportunity for our new professional adventure, together with a group of people whose great human and professional qualities I have had the opportunity to appreciate.
