{"id":114138,"date":"2017-03-16T15:55:05","date_gmt":"2017-03-16T15:55:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lca-redesign.digitalculturehub.com\/brigitte-march-niedermair-transition_giorgio-morandi\/"},"modified":"2022-02-17T08:48:45","modified_gmt":"2022-02-17T08:48:45","slug":"brigitte-march-niedermair-transition_giorgio-morandi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lcalex.it\/en\/brigitte-march-niedermair-transition_giorgio-morandi\/","title":{"rendered":"Brigitte March Niedermair: TRANSITION_GIORGIO MORANDI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LCA Law Firm is proud to present \u201c<em>Transition_Giorgio Morandi<\/em>\u201d by Brigitte March Niedermair, that, after the successful exhibition at MAMBO in Bologna, is now shown for the first time in Milan in the prestigious framework of Palazzo Borromeo.<\/p>\n<p>The project results from the consolidated collaboration among LCA Law Firm, AXA ART, Apice and Antonini that, in light of the experience gained last year with \u201c<em>Carillon: Opera per Archi<\/em>\u201d by Letizia Cariello, are again proposing, in occasion of MIART, a new awaited appointment with art.<\/p>\n<p>The research of Brigitte March Niedermair \u201c<em>starts from<\/em> <em>thoughts about Giorgio Morandi\u2019s painting and its capacity to recount an expansive universe that went beyond the dimensions of individual objects, space, and time.\u201d.<\/em> The artist <em>\u201chas closely observed the objects in the artist\u2019s studio in an attempt to understand what were the tensions, emotions, and compositional complexities behind his still-lifes\u201d<\/em> and has concentrated on \u201c<em>the idea of the \u201cinfinite horizon\u201d that Morandi\u2019s table suggested to her\u201d<\/em>. Her conceptual focus on such horizon \u201c<em>leads us into hidden worlds, and offers the value, even the spiritual value, of knowing how to see beyond the invisible\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The initiative is part of the project \u201cLAW IS ART!\u201d promoted by the Law Firm and born from the passion for the contemporary art world of some of its professionals, their personal engagement on the Milanese and Italian scene, their deep knowledge of the art system and their recognized legal expertise in the art law field.<\/p>\n<p>Within this project, launched with the personal exhibition of Tatiana Trouv\u00e9, set up in occasion of the assignment of the ACACIA 2014 Prize, LCA has converted one of its meeting rooms in a real artist\u2019s Project Room, that has become \u2013 thanks to the exhibition of Letizia Cariello, Chiara Camoni, Botto&amp;Bruno and Franco Guerzoni &#8211; a privileged meeting and exchange place in which the passion for art reveals itself in a professional context.
