(a listed company on AIM Italia \u2013 the Italian Alternative Capital Market), including White Fleet III Italy Equity Star, and the administrator Gianni Rossi in the exit from the company\u2019s share capital.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction was carried out by selling securities representing 20,37% of the share capital of the company to the majority shareholder Publimethod S.p.A., assisted by Chiomenti Law Firm, with a team composed by the partner Luca Liistro and by the associate Alessandro Buscemi.
