Thanks to this acquisition, Team System strengthens its presence in the Italian market and solidifies the stable collaboration with Mondora.<\/p>\n<p>LCA assisted Mondora\u2019s shareholders in the entire\u00a0sale transaction and in the negotiation of new shareholders&#8217; agreements, analysing all the corporate and fiscal law issues with a team composed by Benedetto Lonato and Christian Viceconte.
