the Ministry of Labour have provided clear guidelines to Immigration Authorities regarding the documents to be provided in the context of work permit applications for highly skilled workers filed according to the provisions of Articles 27 and 27-quater of Legislative Decree No. 286\/98 (Italian Immigration Law).<\/p>\n<p>The Circular introduces few new rules regarding the content of the supporting documents and the requirements to be satisfied in order to obtain work permits for highly qualified workers outside the so called &#8220;quota mechanism&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><em>By Benedetto
