LCA is providing legal consultancy services according to the Italian Law and Advocacy services before Italian Courts.<\/p>\n<p>IAA Law Firm is an unlimited liability partnership according to the Lebanese Law and regulations of the legal profession, with registered office in 136 Allenby street, Down Town Beirut (Lebanon) (<i>hereinafter<\/i>\u00a0\u201c<b>IAA<\/b>\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>IAA operates also in Dubai trough its own branch and in DIFC as \u201cIAA Middle East Legal Consultants LLP\u201d (hereinafter also \u201c<b>IAA Middle East<\/b>\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>LCA and IAA have signed an International Partnership Agreement (that is effective as of January 1st, 2018) in relation of providing legal services. According to such International Partnership Agreement, any Legal Services to be provided in Dubai falling into the scope of definition of Administrative Resolution n.
