We advise Italian and foreign investors and lenders in complex investment, financing, acquisition and development of projects in the traditional energy sector (petrochemicals, natural gas and electricity) and renewable energy sector (solar, wind, geothermal, water and biomass). We’ll help you prepare the documentation required by the GSE (Gestore Servizi Energetici). We’ll work with you to resolve issues arising from energy projects in Italy and abroad, and handle relations with tax and customs authorities.
