He provides services related to traditional Corporate Finance area (M&A, venture capital, private equity, European Grants) but also with a particular focus on Fintech: he has been the advisor of many companies launching fundraising through the Blockchain technology: ICO, IDO, IEO, STO.
He founded one of the first European platforms for listing and exchange of Security Tokens (EDSX).
He supervises the Swiss Innovation Hub, and through its team, he provides also IT services to startups, SMEs and corporations.
Mauro Andriotto started his career as a researcher at the “Centro CReSV” of Bocconi University before becoming the quantitative leader of the Risk Advisory subservice line of EY for Southern Europe.
He founded Andriotto Financial Services in Switzerland, a financial boutique specialized in corporate finance and digital finance on Blockchain and the European Digital Assets Exchange (EDSX www.edsx.ch), one of the first platforms in Europe able to deal with Security Tokens.
He is the Managing Director of the Swiss Innovation Hub.
He’s been a jury member of the European Innovation Council and advisor of the European Commission; other than being a professor of finance and quantitative methods of risk analysis at Bocconi University, SDA Bocconi, Pisa University and UBIS Geneve.
