Before joining LCA, Cecilia worked for international law firms in London assisting international and Italian clients in relation to M&A and real estate transactions and in the drafting and negotiation of international commercial contracts. She provides legal opinions under English law and Italian law having gained experience in both legal systems.
Cecilia joined LCA in November 2021.
