This afternoon a team of LCA’s professionals, composed by Andrea Carreri, Beatrice Bottini, Paolo Tagliaferri and Giuditta Rege, will take part in a workshop organized by Confindustria Reggio Emilia, in which around 30 local companies, operating also abroad, will be involved. Two working sessions will be proposed: the first one will deal with exportation ordinary contracts (distribution, agency and business procurement agreements), while the second one will focus on the subject of international joint ventures (commercial, productive and corporate) and on abroad acquisitions.
Moreover, yesterday Roberto Pellizzari had a speech related to “Fiscal issues of extraordinary transactions” at the “Preparation School for the Qualifying Examination of Chartered Accountant and Fiscal Advisor” of the Foundation of Chartered Accountants of Milan, that helps the trainees in their in-depth analysis of the subjects that are relevant for the profession and in their preparation for the Examination.
