In that light, we can help your family manage its assets effectively, assisting you in the preparation of special contracts both before and after marriage, civil union or cohabitation, and in the regulation of personal relationships in the event of separation, divorce, dissolution of a civil union, and procedures to amend the relative contractual terms.
At LCA, we also prioritise protecting vulnerable individuals. If you are elderly, a disabled adult or in need of legal protection, we’re here for you. We’ll assess whether you are eligible to request support procedures, and the contextual or subsequent conclusion of contracts or measures to protect assets and the management of successions. We also advise on child protection matters, where the child is vulnerable, usually in situations of domestic violence and abuse.
