    Elena has been advising for almost 30 years domestic and international companies, mainly multinational groups, in extraordinary transactions and in the day-to-day business, as well as in litigation matters, particularly in the field of M&A, corporate, commercial, real estate and environmental law.
    As it regards the activity performed, Elena operates mainly in the areas of commercial and corporate law, focusing on corporate governance, extraordinary transactions, joint ventures, commercial and industrial contracts in various sectors, as well as in the environmental law field (ranging from due diligence to risk assessment and risk management). Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in handling legal matters of major industrial multinational groups, assisting and leading multidisciplinary teams from different jurisdictions and liaising with local management and legal functions.
    Concerning the industries involved, she assists clients operating in particular in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and cosmetics markets, and more in general in the life sciences sector as well as in the aviation field.
    She has also gained extensive experience in asset protection within pre-insolvency situations, acting both for strategic suppliers of distressed companies and for bodies involved in the procedures.

    Professional experience

    Elena joined the Firm in January, 2021.
    She has gained her professional experience for almost 30 years in Pavia and Ansaldo in Milano, of which she was a Partner from 2003 to May 2019, and thereafter as Partner in Alpeggiani Law Firm in Milan.

    Associations, seminars, media and other activities

    Elena is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
    She regularly collaborates with “Rivista Giuridica dell’Ambiente – RGA online”.
    For several years she has been actively involved in promoting diversity and inclusion both personally and professionally.
    She is an active member of AslaWomen (the section of Asla -Association of Associated Law Firms- that deals and promote gender matters in the profession and workplace) and since July 2015 has been a member of the Equal Opportunity Committee at the Bar Association of Milan.
    In these roles, she carries out training and consultancy activities to companies, she is a speaker and takes part in many initiatives promoting equal opportunities, women’s employment and enhancing diversity.
