LCA Studio Legale is pleased to announce the opening of the exhibition “Impasto Morbido” of Silvia Camporesi at its headquarter in Milan, which will take place on Tuesday 12th December 2017.

The artist spent “two years between dust, weeds, dangers of collapse, stray animals and the fear to enter in forbidden places” wandering around Italy “to discover all the abandoned places that, soon or later, would be sunken or forgotten” and finding in her creative work an original and authentic chance to save them from oblivion. The exhibition will include works of art belonging to two different projects, which are strongly interconnected and interactive: Atlas Italiae on the one side – completed in 2015 – and Mirabilia on the other, which is still ongoing as new journey discovering unusual and fascinating places in Italy. One project represents the natural continuation of the other.

This initiative falls under LCA’s “LAW IS ART!” project, which arises from the passion for contemporary art of some professionals of the firm, as well as a deep knowledge of the art system and a widely recognized legal expertise in art law. The project also comes from a constant search for authentic expression, involving the true nature of the artwork.

After having hosted the artwork of ACACIA’s collection, Tatiana Trouvé, Letizia Cariello, Chiara Camoni, Botto & Bruno and Franco Guerzoni, LCA’s Project Room and Hall will welcome the result of Silvia Camporesi’s artistic research. LCA has thus become a privileged meeting point, where art passion reveals itself within a professional environment, as well as a point of reference for the enhancement of the artistic development in Milan and, overall, in Italy.

LCA’s commitment towards the promotion of art outside the traditional circuits fits in an innovative identity of the Law Firm, which is no longer a traditional workplace – focused on law articles and codes – but a place of dialogue where art reveals itself, taking shape and stimulating creativity and innovation.
